Building Plan
A building plan consists of elements such as elevations, electrical detailing, plumbing, site plan, floor plans, structural plans, cross-sections, and landscape drawings. It is extensively used by civil engineers and architects as a reference during the building’s construction. Plans are a set of drawings or two-dimensional diagrams used to describe a place or object, or to communicate building or fabrication instructions.
A building plan is a drawing that illustrates the layout of a home. House plans are useful because they give you an idea of the flow of the home and how each room connects with each other. Typically house plans include the location of walls, windows, doors, and stairs, as well as fixed installations.
